The Basque Parliament decided to install a Bluetooth channel as a new form of communication with citizens and visitors to the Basque Parliament.

SThis permanent installation is used as support for the communication of key events in the Basque Parliament in Vitoria-Gasteiz. ivista worked closely with the Press and Protocol Service of the Basque Parliament to analyze new ways to help solve their problems of communication with a varied public.

The project was launched on April 12th, coinciding with the opening of the exhibition “Biktimak-Victim”, which remained open until June 20th. Passers-by could receive related digital content such as animated gifs to their mobiles for free.

Information posters were designed and installed by ivista on the four main pillars outside the Parliament, to help point out the Bluetooth zone and the steps to follow to download content.
