Cheill, the agency which handles all things Samsung in Spain, asked ivista to help them come up with an original way to present the brand’s newest mobile, the Omnia II, during a launch party. Since the Omnia II is a model that has all the bells and whistles that any techie could ask for, we knew it had to be a presentation to remember. That’s why we instantlly thought of using our BIG!mobile platform. What better way to present a touch Screen model than using the actual mobile to control the presentation?

Working closely with Cheill, and using both existing content and newly created content expressly for this event, we developed an animated Flash presentation completely controlled from a J2ME application on an Omnia II phone that connected to our BIG! local server by WiFi. The presentation was seen on a Samsung LCD videowall that really enhanced the overall effect, and at the end of the presentation, the still to be released Omnia II comercial was shown.
The presentation was a great success as was the party itself. The Argentine Singer Coti then rocked the house late into the night!
